“Services” refers to the digital marketing services, training, seminars, and consulting services offered by the Company.

Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Company’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policies, guidelines, or amendments that may be presented to you from time to time.
Services Provided
THE COMPANY OFFERS A VARIETY OF SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media management, and content creation.
- Professional training and development seminars.
- Consulting services for businesses and individuals.
Payment and Fees
- Payment for services is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
- The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client before taking effect.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Digital Marketing Services: Clients may cancel their digital marketing services by providing written notice at least 60 days prior to the cancellation date. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- Training and Seminars: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
- Consulting Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled consulting session to receive a refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session.
Client Responsibilities
- The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials, information, and feedback required for the Company to deliver the services effectively.
- The Client warrants that any content provided for use by the Company does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
- All content, materials, and methods used in the delivery of services are the intellectual property of the Company, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any materials provided during the course of the service.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the services.
- Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
- The Company’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
